What do you think are the biggest HR challenges today?

Bonnie:
It's knowing a product that has the right fit within your organization and getting that product implemented appropriately and adopted by employees.

Shaked:
There's a lot of things in stake, right? You have the communication aspects, you have engagement, employee experience. We have the turnover that it's one of the biggest headaches, right? And retention of employees. What kind of technology can help solve those issues?

Bonnie:
Technology that is scalable and touches multiple facets within the HR experience, whether it's recruiting all the way through, you know, retirement essentially. The more integrated a solution is, the easier it is to add functionality and scale and grow within HR department.

Shaked:
Any tips for new HR managers, business owners that needs to deal with HR? something that you wish that you knew earlier.

Bonnie:
Look at defining your business problem before you start throwing a lot of technology at it. Understand what the simple goals of a particular project would be. Know that going in and then work backwards to then fit a technology around that, versus looking first at the technology and trying to make that fit your business need. The most successful implementations are those that have some very clear and simple objectives as well as a realistic time frame to get things done.
