Customer Success Manager
About this role:
As Connecteam’s customer success manager, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Your job is to work closely with our international customers through system characterization, training and implementation of new capabilities while focusing on retention, renewal and clients implementation of our product.
All this of course with a very high level of customer satisfaction.

- Experience in B2B SaaS – 1 year of experience MUST
- Customer-facing experience
