UX/UI Marketing Designer

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented UX/UI Marketing Designer to join our marketing design team. In this role, you’ll help craft outstanding digital experiences that engage, inspire, and convert — shaping how millions of people around the world interact with Connecteam online. You'll focus on designing intuitive, high-performing marketing assets including websites, landing pages, and other digital touchpoints that are both beautiful and functional.
From concept to implementation, you’ll work closely with developers, writers, and marketers to bring strategic ideas to life.

Ownership & Responsibilities:

Own the UX and UI of marketing web pages and assets end-to-end: from research and wireframing to high-fidelity design and developer hand-off

Translate marketing strategies into beautiful, conversion-driven digital experiences

Create responsive and optimized layouts across devices, platforms, and user journeys

Build and maintain design systems to support scalable global campaigns

Collaborate daily with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation

Work closely with product marketing, SEO, brand, and performance marketing teams

Leverage data (e.g., heatmaps, A/B testing) to optimize UX and improve conversion

Maintain and evolve our component library and ensure consistency across all digital marketing touchpoints
Requirements:

Degree in Visual Communication, UX/UI Design, or similar – Required

4+ years of experience designing marketing-focused web and mobile-first experiences – Required

Strong portfolio showcasing websites, landing pages, and/or marketing design work – Required

Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite – Required

Deep understanding of responsive design, layout, and interaction patterns

Experience working directly with developers and solid knowledge of web fundamentals (HTML/CSS basics)

Strong UX thinking: information architecture, user flows, usability principles

Familiarity with A/B testing, CRO, and analytics tools – Advantage

Animation/motion design skills (e.g., After Effects, Lottie) – Advantage

Experience in a SaaS or B2B product company – Advantage

Excellent English – written and verbal
