Connecteam is looking for an experienced manual QA Manager to lead our manual QA team and QA efforts in the company.
What you'll be doing:
As a QA manager the main responsibility is to create an A class QA team that will increase quality while maintaining high delivery. You will achieve this by hiring quality talent to the team. Mentoring the team by monitoring their performance and giving them feedback to improve their performance. Creating processes and standards to increase QA productivity. Find creative systems and ways to improve quality and delivery with regards to QA, the development lifecycle, and bug processes.
Which qualifications you’ll need:
- 4+ hands-on experience with web & mobile manual QA.
- At least 3 years of experience managing QA teams or leading QA efforts.
- Experience working with task management and issues reporting tools such as JIRA/mondayMonday.
- Experience with writing detailed test plans and test cases.
- Experience with test management tools like Testrail or Zephyr
- Detail-oriented, organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in a SaaS company / startup (Advantage).
- Experience with linux operating systems (advantage).
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (advantage).
- Experience working with web based debugging and logging tools
