Edwina Danquah

Edwina is a CIPD Level 7 accredited HR professional. She holds an LLB (Hons) law degree and an MA in Human Resources Management degree, coupled perfectly with 12 years of experience in various HR roles across the public, private and third sectors. Most recently, Edwina has specialized as an Employment Adviser at a Trade Union and professional association and has worked as a HR Business Partner advising leaders on a range of People issues. Edwina’s experience on both sides of the table gives her a unique insight into both the business and employee perspectives.
