Marketing Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with operations management —and will play a critical role in optimizing marketing processes and technologies, managing lead flow, and analyzing the marketing performance to drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management & Sales Coordination
Own the lead management lifecycle: track and monitor incoming leads, analyze funnel performance, and ensure seamless handoffs between marketing and sales teams to maximize conversion and pipeline efficiency. - Marketing Technology Ownership
Oversee the marketing technology stack: manage current tools, evaluate and implement new solutions, and lead user access, configuration, and adoption across platforms to support marketing goals. - Website & Conversion Optimization
Manage and optimize technical infrastructure such as HubSpot pop-ups and Intercom workflows, driving improvements in website and landing page conversion rates. - Marketing Process Management
Drive operational excellence by supporting and improving core marketing processes, onboarding new team members, and collaborating with finance to manage marketing budgets and expenses effectively. - Marketing Analytics & Strategic Insights
Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends and address emerging needs across the funnel—such as changes in lead quality, demo completion rates, and campaign performance—supporting data-driven decision-making across the team. - Event Operations & Logistics
Plan and execute marketing-led events, including webinars, conferences, and partner initiatives. Coordinate logistics, drive registration and attendance, and ensure event data is integrated into lead workflows for maximum impact.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, project management or equivalent.
- Familiarity in working with Monday, Hubspot and automation tools like Zapier and Make.
- Experience with lead management processes, pipeline reporting is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Experience with other marketing technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, data visualization tools) is a plus.
- Effectively plans, executes, and tracks multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Comfortable managing several priorities and workstreams at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Quickly absorbs new tools, processes, and technologies with minimal guidance.
- Takes ownership, works autonomously, and proactively drives initiatives forward.
