About This Role

We seek a proactive, motivated, and problem-solver IT Specialist to join our Security & IT unit. In this role, you will have the opportunity to challenge yourself in different areas. As part of this role, you will work closely with various departments, implement new technologies, support and improve the existing system, and build an automation process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems with Mac and Windows
  • Resolve and troubleshoot IT tickets and access related to Cloud applications, systems, and infrastructure – Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, etc
  • Handle the IT requirements for onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets
  • Identify and escalate issues to the system team as required
  • Assist with IT projects as needed
  • Configure, install, and maintain all office technical equipment, including laptops, printers, monitors, and other IT peripherals
  • Provide IT support to all Connecteam employees, worldwide
  • Manage the procurement and allocation of IT resources, ensuring timely delivery and

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or related field
  • Experience in troubleshooting issues with Mac and Windows laptops and mobile devices
  • Experience with Cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure and GCP)
  • Experience with SAAS environment
  • Experience with user management flows
  • Knowledge of IT systems administration, infrastructure, and networking
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure, including Firewalls, Wi-Fi, and VPNs
