About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Automation Manager with a strong foundation in business operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with CRMs—especially HubSpot—and will play a critical role in supporting the lifecycle managers by implementing workflows, automation, and data-driven insights to enhance the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into scalable operational processes.
- Implement workflows that align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- Work closely with the bizops team on configuration, optimization, and day-to-day management of HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity and usability for sales and marketing teams.
- Implement and maintain advanced HubSpot workflows, properties, lists and dashboards according to the lifecycle manager’s strategy.
- Work closely with lifecycle managers to ensure smooth execution of campaigns that support customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Track and report key lifecycle metrics, providing the lifecycle manager with actionable insights to improve the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, with a strong focus on technical aspects of marketing automation.
- Proven expertise in HubSpot CRM, including workflow automation, reporting, and integration capabilities.
- Understanding of email deliverability best practices.
- Basic understanding of HTML
- Experience with lead management processes, pipeline reporting, and marketing automation best practices.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Experience with other marketing technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, data visualization tools) is a plus.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and customer journey optimization.
