About the Role:
The HR Manager US will serve as a senior HR partner dedicated to supporting and guiding our Go-to-Market teams across the United States. This pivotal role includes overseeing Employee Relations, manager coaching, compliance, benefits management, and fostering an exceptional employee experience aligned with Connecteam’s values and culture. The role requires extensive collaboration with the headquarters in Israel, specifically working closely with local HRBPs of different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations & Manager Support:

    • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on team leadership, performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

    • Drive the development and execution of action plans to address performance gaps and support continuous improvement.

  • Compliance & Benefits:

    • Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.

    • Manage and administer benefits programs, ensuring competitive and compliant offerings.

    • Stay updated on HR regulatory changes, advising management proactively.

  • Employee Experience & Culture:

    • Lead and implement initiatives focused on enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

    • Partner with global HR teams to roll out programs tailored to the specific needs of the US teams.

    • Foster a high-performance culture that balances accountability, collaboration, and growth.

  • Strategic HR Projects & Collaboration:

    • Support career progression, leveling, and development plans in collaboration with the global HR team.

    • Work extensively with the headquarters in Israel, collaborating with local HRBPs to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices.

    • Lead regional HR initiatives that align with the company’s rapid growth strategy.

    • Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to proactively identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR Manager or HRBP role, ideally in a high-growth tech/SaaS environment.

  • Deep understanding of US employment law, compliance requirements, and benefits administration.

  • Proven experience in employee relations, manager coaching, and enhancing employee engagement.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.

  • Proven capability to manage complex HR projects independently and proactively.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, global environment
