Some of the Services offered by Mobilesson Ltd. d/b/a Connecteam (“Connecteam“, “us“, “our“, or “we“) as part of our Terms of Service or any other agreement pertaining to the use of the Connecteam Services (“Terms“), may include artificial intelligence features, bots, agents and other functionalities based on artificial intelligence and machine learning data models (“AI Features“). The use of the AI Features is subject to the Terms and to these Special Terms for AI Features (“AI Terms“). Please read these carefully to understand what you can and cannot do with our Services. All capitalized terms used in these terms will have the same meaning as defined in the Terms, unless specifically defined otherwise in this document.
Content Rights
Some features of the Services allow you to submit User Content for the purpose of processing such User Content through machine learning models provided by us or by third party service providers (“AI Service Providers“). A current list of the AI Service Providers is available here.
Certain features of the Service may generate output based on your User Content (“Output“), including by processing the User Content through third party software. Subject to your compliance with the Terms and these AI Terms, we hereby assign to You all of our right, title and interest in and to Output, to the extent available to Us. You are responsible for both User Content (as defined in the Terms) Output, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness, as well as ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law, third party rights, the Terms and the AI Terms. You are also responsible for any personal or sensitive information submitted through the AI Features, and you represent and warrant that any such use complies with applicable data protection and privacy laws and with your organization’s privacy policies and obligations, including obtaining any required consents and providing appropriate notices. All warranties, disclaimers, and responsibilities related to User Content set forth in the Terms shall apply equally to any User Content submitted, processed, or generated in connection with the AI Features and/or Services. Due to the nature of machine learning, users that provide similar User Content may result in the Service generating the same or similar output for you or a third party. Even if the same, output that is requested by and generated for other users is not considered your “Output.”
Connecteam may not use User Content to train or improve the AI Features across its Services. Connecteam will not actively permit its AI Service Providers to use User Content to train or improve their models. You acknowledge that we may use User Content or Output to provide, improve and maintain the Services, to comply with applicable law and with our Terms, and to enforce our policies.
Agentic Capabilities
Connecteam may provide AI Features that include agentic capabilities, e.g., performing various tasks on your behalf based on instructions received from you (“AI Agent“). The AI Agent feature is enabled by default; You hereby authorize the AI Agent to access the Services and related functionalities on behalf of the applicable Administrator, and to perform actions initiated through the AI Agent as if initiated by such Administrator, solely within the scope of the permissions granted to or set for that Administrator in the Services. You are solely responsible for: (a) all instructions, prompts and requests provided to the AI Agent by You or Your Administrators; (b) reviewing and verifying the AI Agent’s actions before acting on or relying upon them; (c) ensuring that any actions requested through the AI Agent comply with your internal policies, contractual obligations and processes; (d) evaluating the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of all Output before relying on, executing or distributing it; and (e) ensuring that your Administrators do not represent or imply that Output was human-generated when interacting with third parties.
Use Restrictions
Generative AI models can help you explore new topics, inspire your creativity, and learn new things. However, we expect you to use and engage with them in a responsible, legal manner. To this end, you must not use the Services to:
- Develop machine learning models or related technology.
- Perform or facilitate dangerous, illegal, or malicious activities, including:
- Facilitation or promotion of illegal activities or violations of law, such as (i) promoting or generating violent extremism or terrorist content, or content related to child sexual abuse or exploitation; (ii) facilitating or encouraging users to commit any type of crimes.
- Abuse, harm, interference, or disruption of services (or enable others to do the same), such as: (i) promoting or facilitating the generation or distribution of spam; (ii) generating content for deceptive or fraudulent activities, scams, phishing, or malware.
- Attempts to override or circumvent safety filters or intentionally drive the model to act in a manner that contravenes our policies.
- Generation of content that may harm or promote the harm of individuals or a group, such as: (i) content that promotes or encourages hatred, incites violence; self-harm or content that may have unfair or adverse impacts on people, particularly impacts related to sensitive or protected characteristics; (ii) facilitating methods of harassment or bullying to intimidate, abuse, or insult others; (iii) generating personally identifying information for distribution or other harms; (iv) tracking or monitoring people without their consent.
- Generate and distribute content intended to misinform, misrepresent or mislead, including: (i) misrepresentation of the provenance of generated content by claiming content was created by a human, or present generated content as original works, in order to deceive; (ii) content that impersonates an individual (living or dead) without explicit disclosure; (iii) misleading claims of expertise or capability; (iv) making automated decisions in domains that affect material or individual rights or well-being
- Generate sexually explicit content, including content created for the purposes of pornography or sexual gratification (e.g. sexual chatbots). Note that this does not include content created for scientific, educational, documentary, or artistic purposes.
- You shall make reasonable efforts that you and your users comply with the Acceptable Use Policies of our AI Service Providers, as listed on our subprocessors page (available here) as applicable to the AI Features.
Disclaimers
- Connecteam may modify, suspend, discontinue, or further limit use of the AI Features at any time (without any notice), and shall not be held liable to you for any such action. Without limitation, the laws and regulations governing artificial intelligence and related technology are uncertain and evolving, and the ability to use the AI Features and/or Outputs may be adversely impacted in the future. The AI Features use experimental technologies and may sometimes provide inaccurate, incomplete or offensive content that is not actively provided by Connecteam nor is endorsed by Connecteam.
- Use discretion before relying on, publishing, or otherwise using content provided by the Services.
- Any action, transaction, or setting modified by an AI Agent pursuant to an instruction, request, or prompt from an Administrators shall be deemed an action taken directly by Customer. Company shall have no liability for any loss, damages, or claims arising out of or related to actions executed by AI Agents on Customer’s behalf.
- Any pricing, fees, or other commercial information generated, provided, displayed, or otherwise made available by or through the AI Features is provided for informational purposes only, may be inaccurate, and is not binding on Connecteam. The pricing and commercial terms applicable to your use of the Services are governed solely by the Terms and your applicable order form or subscription plan.
- Do not rely on the Services for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Any content regarding those topics is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
