How to Use the Time Tracker

Step 1: Add a New Project

  • Enter the Project Name and Hourly Rate for the work.
  • Choose a Project Color for easy identification.
  • Click “Add Project” to include it in your tracker.

Step 2: Log Your Work Hours

  • The table displays Monday–Friday, with a row for each project.
  • Enter the number of hours worked each day for a project.
  • The tool automatically calculates total hours and total pay based on the hourly rate.

Step 3: Navigate Through Weeks

  • Use the left (←) and right (→) buttons to switch between different weeks.
  • Click “Today” to jump back to the current week instantly.

Step 4: Manage & Adjust Projects

  • Click on a project name or pay rate to edit them directly.
  • Click the delete button to remove a project from the tracker.

Step 5: Export Your Data for Easy Reporting

  • Save your records and keep track of your work:
    • 📤 Export Data for record-keeping or payroll processing.
    • 🖨️ Generate a PDF Report to share your tracked hours.
    • 📥 Import Previous Data to continue tracking seamlessly.
