Sales Support Representative – Role Description

As a Sales Support Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving our revenue growth by engaging with potential customers during their trial period and guiding them toward success with Connecteam. You’ll act as the first point of contact for prospects - understanding their needs, demonstrating value, and qualifying opportunities for our Account Executive team.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS or tech sales.

  • Tech-savvy with fast learning skills and curiosity.

  • Sales & KPI orientation - Energetic, driven, and ready to grow into an AE role.

  • Service-oriented personality with a can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills and objection handling.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup dynamic environment.

  • Hungry to make a true impact and grow with us!

  • Ability to work remotely from Mon-Fri - must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales opportunities via calls, chats, and tickets - with a strong focus on phone engagement and personalized communication.

  • You will become a product expert! Demonstrate the value of Connecteam by identifying business challenges, tailoring solutions to each prospect’s unique needs.

  • Educate prospects on best practices to help them make the most of their trial experience and increase conversion potential.

  • Qualify and route opportunities to advance prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel and improve overall conversion rates.

  • Act as the bridge between prospects and internal teams, sharing insights on feature requests, pain points, and more with Marketing and Sales teams.

  • Stay up to date on new features, processes, and sales initiatives to ensure top-quality communication and exceptional customer experience.
