As a key member of the marketing team, you will be at the forefront of driving new customer acquisition, shaping creative strategies, and ensuring our paid social campaigns contribute meaningfully to business success.

We are seeking a Social Acquisition Manager to lead and scale our paid social efforts on Meta and TikTok. These platforms are already among our top acquisition channels, and we are looking for someone who can double their performance within just a few months. This role is ideal for someone who combines creative vision with analytical expertise, thrives on working with diverse stakeholders, and is passionate about building and optimizing campaigns that deliver measurable growth

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize large-scale paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.

  • Partner closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad assets, messaging, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.

  • Collaborate with design, product, analytics, sales and leadership teams to align campaigns with company strategy and goals.

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities and creative angles.

  • Build structured testing frameworks (A/B tests for creatives, copy, bidding strategies, funnels) and use insights to refine campaigns.

  • Continuously optimize campaigns toward KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

  • Translate complex campaign performance data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders.

  • Proactively identify and launch new initiatives across social platforms and emerging channels.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok; experience with additional platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong creative mindset with the ability to brief, evaluate, and iterate on ad assets in partnership with design teams.

  • Solid track record in performance marketing and user acquisition (B2B Saas experience is an advantage).

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Experience with advanced BI and analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
