What’s the job?

If you love coaching sellers, refining sales processes, and building tools that help reps close more deals faster—this role is for you. As our SMB Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll design and run the programs that keep our global SMB sales team sharp, confident, and always improving.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead SMB onboarding for the first 90 days to ensure fast ramp-up and adoption of sales best practices.

  • Coach Account Executives and team leads on sales methodology and techniques.

  • Create individual development plans that help reps hit and exceed quotas.

  • Deliver live and on-demand training sessions that directly improve key KPIs.

  • Build and maintain sales playbooks and demo frameworks.

  • Introduce and manage AI-driven and productivity tools that help reps.

  • Partner with product marketing to turn product updates, competitive insights, and customer stories into actionable sales materials.

  • Be an active member of the sales leadership team, contributing to strategy and decision-making that drive team performance.

  • Track and analyze sales performance to spot skill gaps and high-performing behaviors.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying SMB SaaS sales experience, consistently exceeding targets.

  • Passion for coaching, process design, and knowledge sharing.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Analytical mindset: able to use data to diagnose performance gaps and prioritize initiatives.

  • Familiarity with selling to deskless employees and understanding that market is a plus.

  • Experience working with global teams.

  • Formal sales methodology training (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler, etc.) is a plus.
